Support
Write to ops@armor.tel. Include your Armor number, your device and what happened, and we will answer faster. Answers to common questions are below.
How to get a number
Open Armor, confirm your phone in Telegram or MAX and pick a +999 number. It is free and yours until you give it up. You get one number right away, and up to three after confirming your identity in Persona.
How to call ordinary phones
Add a line from an internet telephony provider in the app's settings: from the catalog, with a QR code or by hand. US and European numbers are available at Armor Legacy. Calls on such a line are paid to the provider at its rates.
Incoming calls don't arrive
Check that Armor is allowed to send notifications, and that the phone is in the list of devices in your account on armor.tel. If calls to a provider line only reach one device, forward them in the provider's account to your +999 address, sip:+999XXXXXXXXXX@sip.armor.tel.
Assistant minutes were not credited
Open Settings → Assistant Minutes and tap Restore Purchases. The app sends the purchase again, and the minutes appear. If that doesn't help, write to us with the order number from the App Store or Google Play receipt.
Refunds
In-app purchases are taken by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them: on iPhone and Mac at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android in your Google Play order history. When a purchase is refunded, its minutes are taken off the balance.
How to delete your data
You can delete your whole account in the app: Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. This erases its numbers, devices and assistant data, and any minutes left are forfeited. In the app you can also give up a number and sign out; in your account on armor.tel you can disconnect a device. To delete only the assistant's reports, write to ops@armor.tel with your Armor number. What we keep and for how long is in the privacy policy.
Spam and abuse
If someone calls or messages you from an Armor number with spam or fraud, send us the number, the date and the time.
